Speculations How could the straw hats help each other to become better fighters?

Zoro taught Momo, Chopper taught Tristan. in theory, SH can train the others. They are probably confident in their nakama's skill and respect them, thats why theyre not teaching each other specialty.
Maybe if its battle/fighting related, they would do it, since its common/generic skills.
If you mean teaching each other, they probably wont indeed. But if youre referring if all SH need to unlock haki, yes, they ought to. At least CoO. Mid tier members of first rate crew all have it, and so does Vice Admirals. Pirate King's crew, which low in number but high in quality, shall be able to do it. Of course, EoS, not now.

Yamato is not Strawhat and shouldn't never become one but I do believe SHE will.
Monster trio teaching haki to others would be nice. Just take in consideration it needs an extreme situation for them unlock it just after that they can learn how to control and train to get stronger.
Keep in mind that they are friends travelling together, and not military force that was born and live to fight.
Nami getting Zeus(or even Hera!) and maybe Prometheus should be enough to be a strong and respectable woman in terms of fighting.
Robin probably need armament haki due her fighting style, but I believe basic stuff + awakening would be enough(maybe don't even need awakening?).
Franky himself would need Ryou(that is basic haki applied at weapons) but his Shogun is already strong enough.
Brook is the one I see he needs something else. I'm not sure Brook doesn't have any haki. He knows what haki is, we know that when he asked Zoro about he having and using Conqueror. But basic armament wouldn't be enough for him, at least he needs advanced too.
Chopper probably has a new transformation(awakening maybe?). Maybe just this new transformation or his awakening should be enough but would be good some basic haki too. And specially if we see Brain Point having some use again.

Well,Franky is beating Sasaki without any haki!I don't think Straw Hats in the mid and weak trio need any haki,they need the proper Tech,DF hax and other especial powers!Maybe Ussop could use advanced coo haki and maybe flow/barrier haki to imbue his projectiles!Straw Hats are all genius in their craft,haki is kinda of a generic power!Straw Hats need to master their fighting style(devil fruit and strange weapons)!

Seriously, if they were gonna help each other train to become strong enough to survive the kind of shit they’re doing now, ~1015 chapters into the series is a horrible place to start. At least one Yonko’s going down this arc; wherever the Straw Hats are in their growth by that point is where they’re gonna be regardless of any other factors.

I have a theory that straw hats vs red hair pirates will be a davy back fight style arc where straw hats will each learn a lot by fighting Shank's crew!By the end of the arc they could have mini interactions(like nami and ussop have)!In laught tale they could stay a while partying and training!Oda's Style is to break expectations,so this is very possible considering Oda never had straw hats interacting in this way with each other!Imagine Luffy,Zoro and Sanji sky walking in Laught tale while drinking,it would be very dope!Laught tale arc could be a mini time skip!Oden tried to teach the scabbards ryou(or taught,can't remeber)!Oda could either do this stuff in some panels in each arc or dedicate a mini arc to the straw hats accomplishing their dreams and training each other!After WG is defeated(if oda goes the Luffy Jesus route),Staw hats will probably disband!Roger disbanded his crew after laught tale!

They could all unlock haki similar to koby in marineford,ussop in dressrosa,zoro in alabasta,etc...they will all go throught hard situations,it would actually be logical for them to unlock some form of haki!I could see Franky unlocking coa in this fight vs sasaki!Them the monster trio could help the other straw hats control their haki better!
He could teach Ussop to flow Coa into his projectiles!

Nami could improve Zolo by never letting him go off on his own
Zolo could improve Chopper just by being around him, Chopper always acts more manly
Chopper could improve Jinbe by teaching him how to talk to mammals
Jinbe could improve Usopp & Nami by teaching em Fishman Karate

Sanji already has been taught some great receipies from Kamabakka which Sanji spent 2 years for. But oda is not even making use of them, most useless plot..... well we have nothing about all blue too so it's expected I guess.
Though I don't really care much about fighting in one piece(it is not well handled anyway). What I want is writing story such that their actual skills are more useful like nami's navigation, Robins intelligence etc... something like what we saw in skypeia
