What if Monet and Vergo had survived and managed to reunite with their crewmates at Dressrosa before the Straw Hats and Law arrived to Dressrosa ?
How different Dressrosa arc could have been if they were present ?

No one but the Big 3 of the SH Alliance or the Monster Trio could harm Monet. She’s having a field day with the weaker members of the crew and fledgling alliance. As for Vergo, he tears anyone but Zoro/Law/Luffy apart.

The ultimate ending is the same, but Zoro likely has to fight Vergo at some point and either Sai or Cabbage fights Monet.

I think they could have provided some serious help considering they gave Base Luffy and Sanji problems

Vergo vs Zoro would be definitely far more interesting than Zoro vs Pica since Vergo-san is experienced in close combat and CoA - a perfect opponent for Zoro.

After beating Pica, Zoro would fight against Doflamingo's real right hand man. I still do not understand why Oda simply decided that Vergo loses against Law and dies in Punk Hazard. I'd like to see more skills with his FBH, especially since this would be very powerful with his bambos.

Monet can be defeated by a haki user from the great fleet.

I could see a scenario where Monet insisted to stay with her little sister Sugar in addition of Trebol which would have completely screwed the SOP plan.

I’m not sure anyone but Cavendish would secure a win on Monet. She was able to handle herself pretty well against Luffy.
