Very cool, Garp and Issho are my two favorites in the Navy.
Fujitora also countered and won against Akainu in the arguments in Dressrosa. Akainu had to resort to the 'higher in command' card to punish Fujitora, but he prevailed in the discussion.

from the Marines introduced after the TS he is by far the best one.

Also, i personally think he wont be on the Governament side in the final war, i wouldnt doubt that he become the Fleet Admiral of the new reformed Marines after the fall of the Celestials and the changes in the WG

The weak at fighting part.

That part is mainly about him being all talk no action which's very surprising for 1- an admiral 2- a top tier all together

Problem is Issho has been put to the test multiple times and either looked lackluster or bad outright ; he doesn't have the same excuse dragon or some other top tiers have where they didn't get real shots

Issho's showing at Dressrosa in retrospect is still disgraceful even if you say he held back to let Luffy shine ; doesn't excuse him not being able to stop the birdcage

and you can say thats plot convience cause Oda wanted tension for the luffy fight and a timer ; but then whats the excuse for letting Jack go ? and Jack clearly not an important character in Oda's eyes looking at how he treated him after that , he could've easily had Issho bag him just like Aramaki bagging King Queen Weevile

But he wasn't given to do that either then later his latest showing is again really bad as he fights Revos whilst handicapped like Aramaki , still doesn't excuse to either of them and if you are a sweat scaler some ppl pointed out after the Issho vs Aramaki fight , Issho is bandaged and didnt do anything after it while Issho went to wano and did more individually

He just needs to prove himself individually , you can't just slap admiral sticker on him and call it a day

You realise he was massively holding back in Dressrossa right? Literally choose to sandbag and do nothing , use Sabo as an excuse not to go for the Mugis and gambled everything on them doing his job for him. If he stopped the birdcage then hes going against his gamble, which is let the straw hats deal with the situation. I think you failed to understand his character mate.

The man was freeing slaves in MJ, you think he actually wanted to put down the revos?

The hold back part is part of his morals , but does his morals allow him to let innocent civilians die just to prove his point or was he actually trying vs the birdcage ?

The sandbag part of him letting Sabo and Doffy go can be understandable

I swear if he doesn't do anything in next time he appears he is the most fraudlant "top tier" we have ever had

What Whitebeard was among yonkos , Fujitora is among navy admirals, that is true badass Chad .
I love this comment and comparison, especially with the Might Goat pic too. All 3 of them are goats even. Phenomenal men.

This song alone speaks volumes about Fujitora along with his massive Zaitoichi inspirations for him too:

Hes my favourite Admiral easily, followed by Kizaru now. Funnily enough it used to be Kuzan at the top by far. Used to be. He's 3rd now lol.

The time is now to bet humanity and justice in the gambling den

In any case, this world is made up of evens or odds

Even though the current me cannot see

Malicious faces are the only ones I can see crystal clear

The gangs that form in the bars

And the fallen justice have not changed

Rassera Rassera Rassera Rassera

No need to rush, now is not the time

The Nebuta’s tiger can only move on the shoulders of men

It is a truly unfortunate occupation

Rassera Rassera Hinging on the answer

Rassera Rassera The unsettled tiger

In its respected domain, I sheathe my sword

The sun sees through my tricks

Those who dedicate themselves to this festival

Are wondrously spirited

Although there are good and evil in life

None are light or heavy

Rassera Rassera Rassera Rassera

No need to rush, now is not the time

The concealing fangs on the Nebuta tiger

When all worldly phenomena becomes transient,

Rassera Rassera Be unfearing of God

Rassera Rassera The howling tiger

Rassera Rassera

The gangs that form in the bars

And the fallen justice have not changed

Rassera Rassera Rassera Rassera

No need to rush, now is not the time

The Nebuta’s tiger can only move on the shoulders of men

It is a truly unfortunate occupation

Rassera Rassera Hinging on the answer

Rassera Rassera The unsettled tiger

He's another of those characters that live on the excuses that his fans provide for his shortcomings.

Compared with the OG's he's lackluster. Him letting hundreds or even thousands of people die in the birdcage because of weakness/gamble is not only pathetic but despicable (and yes, plenty of people should have died. Oda make a point of showing kids and old people being unable to keep up). One of his most pathetic moments was him trying to use a meteor against the birdcage (this after the Sabo fight) and when it failed acting as if he didn't try anything.

Overall, to me he is on the group of characters that are pathetic compared with true top tiers and fans try to hype out as if they could compete. One piece has plenty of those. Not good enough to like and not bad enough to hate. Just mediocre.
