Oda said something about Kaido’s club being unranked but it will become legendary in the future, have Ragnir be a hereditary weapon from Elbaf that falls in the same category.

If he needs to stick to it being blades then fine, but I don’t see much problems with Ragnir being an exception. A weapon so well made it is considered one of/on par with the 12.

Even though, opposed to Shamrcok, Ragnir having a fruit would kind of make sense since Loki already has a fruit.
