I think it will stay this level. I mean, for me Wano and its ending murdered the manga, now the story is going on but it is no longer OP, it is the story of the invincible toon god Nika. Imo Oda will still deliver maybe 1 or 2 surprises before the end. What I am talking about is good moments like the minks revealing they hid Raizou, imo we will have a couple of these surprises (good surprises) before the end (one could be Kizaru attacking Lucci and co for Vegapunk and Sentomaru). But aside from that there will still be long dragged arcs, fake tensions and deaths everywhere (and it is ridicoulous Oda is still trying to trick his readers with those) but it will not fall any further. Not that it is impossible but what OP was is already over, in order to ruin even this new manga Oda will have to totally lose his mind and I don't think it will happen. Also we know that what is directing Oda, like every other mangaka, are the sales of the manga, there is no heart anymore.

I mean joking/trolling aside, Oda has spent over half of his life working on OP now, 25 years specifically and he turns 50 in January 2025 (I think he was horn on new years day/Jan 1st IIRC).
He wanted to travel the world at 50 and he's spent most of his life working, never really enjoying his best years/youth, as even back in 2014 or so, he admitted to getting 4 hours of sleep a day at most due to working on OP for up to 21 hours a day too.
And exactly, what has he sacrificed for the success, scale and longevity of OP too? He may be extremely rich, loved, famous, etc, but he's missed out on decades of his own life, missed out on his marriage and especially seeing his 2 daughters growing up and having their father in his life.
Now we know why he constantly writes about absent fathers in OP and romanticised it, even making it the key plot element of Red and one of the major reasons why Uta went villainous and insane too.
Sorry this got kinda morbid and real but man, what has Oda sacrificed for this success, fame and wealth? Including his own health too, to the point of being hospitalised before and needing mandatory regular breaks now?
He's missed out on seeing his daughters grow up, something that you can only get once in your children's lives and if you miss out, it's gone forever, it's priceless and it affects them for life too drastically too, as i should know first hand too, as my father was too much of a coward himself when I was only 5 too. Too busy chasing other tail, cheating and bringing more fatherless children into the world, SMH.

Everyone will have their opinion on the series. Personally, I think it's far too pretentious to generalise those enjoying the series whether it's as immature or simple or whatever since those aren't decided by whether you prefer this manga over another.
There are aspects of the story I still expect quite a bit from like more lore reveals and it's understandable not everyone's content with Vegapunk's theory on the origin of devil fruits but it's just that, a theory. The World's Smartest Man isn't gonna instantly know how these mythical fruits came to be but his theory atleast fits in with most fruits being useful and granting powers in an unnatural way that perhaps the Mother Sea dislikes. Oda's simply keeping it somewhat unknown because they are mythical objects the world won't instantly know the origin to just because Vegapunk learned the mechanisms to them.
Personally, I hope Oda doesn't drag things out but I expect him to provide interesting reveals, give focus to his compelling characters that have yet to do much and have his focused upon characters continue to get memorable moments.
For zoans, it's not just about having the skill to awaken, it's also about maintaining your personality. Kaido not fitting that bill isn't necessarily bad writing, he can be well-versed on a topic but not be skilled, it ain't the end of the world. I don't recall him being this mentally strong and capable character. It's disappointing but it just means Kaido's not that guy when it comes to not letting your fruit take over, he's still World's Strongest Creature. Lucci's been a prodigy in CP, stunted only by whatever mission he was willing to dedicate years of his life to like operating as part of Galley-La. His awakening doesn't make him stronger than Kaido, just allows him to gain strength in a somewhat unique path for a zoan.
Ultimately, some people will continue enjoying the series and some people won't but generalising leads nowhere. Just because you have issues doesn't make those who enjoy it stupid or whatever other pretentious generalisation some may have. Not necessarily directed at OP but you see lots of that expressed for some reason.

Mentally talking the story for everyone the main problem is not fandom expectation but how oda is managing things altough oda dickriders are luffy fans and japanese fandom who forgive him all
