Which panels of him that make you laugh several times?
Aside from him calling Sanji as Judge's son (which I doubt you find this funny), I don't really find him a funny character.
Serious character like Denjiro is still more funny, when he suddenly worshipped Kinemon like a blind fanboy, just like what you all do here to Sanji.
