Jinbei being part of the crew is more important than most of the SHs, Jinbei is the key to help Luffy to stop racism against fishmen all over the world cuz of him by the end of the series the two races can live together without the thought of either race thinking it’s superior and that’s more important than why any of the SHs are part of the crew.

I do agree matchups don't decide the Ranking of the Strawhats. For example That Zipper guy was weaker than Kumadori and Blueno (Who iirc was Usopp's opponent before an editor stepped in) yet That didn't mean Franky is below Chopper or Usopp since the Zipper guy only matched him due to Franky being low on Cola and Franky demolished him once he went to full power without even using his strongest attack.

But in this case. Jinbei isn't nerfed outside of not being near water. While I do agree we should wait. I feel way too many Jinbei fans refuse to accept that Jinbei might only become YC on land after Wano
