Oda's gotta set up the fights for each character on Elbaf, then give a few chapters worth of content to each fight, wrap up the fights, and also go more in depth about Brook's connection to Gunko and have him save her from Imu's control somehow.
Then he's gotta do an epilogue for all of the shit that's gone down. I think it'll end sometime in 2027 probably.

luffy won't figh Imunko it's to early for them to fight even if it's through a proxy body,

maybe a clash but not a full out fight

it's gonna be A- conquerors wave ejects imu out of the body allowing Gunko to take control

B- Brook is able to get through to Gunko and she's able to fight for control of her own body
