Considering the small arcs too, I'd say 5 of them are better than Thriller Bark. I'd give TB a solid 7.0/10.0, so that makes Return to Sabaody, Dressrosa, Zou, Levely and Elbaf (so far) better than it (and it'd be a draw with Egghead).

Considering only the long arcs, Dressrosa and Elbaf would be the only ones better than Thriller Bark IMO.
