Then the Final War which is where Sanji is gonna beat an Admiral.

So if you don't include Egghead arc then it will take 3 arcs for Sanji to take on an Admiral.

Fujitora and Green Bull will probably encounter Revolutionaries or Blackbeard Pirates.
Sanjino and Jinbe will probably face the Elders.
