I disagree, I think the arc is only just beginning. It does seem like the act and this section of the story is almost over though, and I think most people would agree with you that Wano is about to end.

Unless Rocks miraculously comes back alive to be the main fight in Act 4, I doubt this very much. Even that seems outlandish and ridiculous.

Kaidos entire crew has lost, he's the last villain standing. There is nothing pointing to this arc lasting that much longer.

Reckon we get two more chapters tops for Luffy v Kaido. Still a few plot points to wrap up like the Robin/Cp0 plot line, Zoro plot line & Orochi plot line so Oda might conclude those prior to the Luffy v Kaido conclusion. I’d say 5 chapters tops till it ends.

*Btw if we ever get a Kaido/Rocks FB, I think it’d be after Kaido is defeated (prolly as he falls of Onigashima)

I think Oda is very deliberately making it seem like the arc is about to end, so I don't blame you for thinking that it's almost over. I guarantee you it's still far from over though.

He quite literally said he was shocked it wasn't done last year. Kaido isn't winning this fight lol.

If you think other things are happening outside of that, that's one thing, but to think the main villain isn't going down in the next 10-15 chapters is silly at this point

Go back to other arcs, Oda doesn't follow the same format with Luffy fights. It will take longer than that because it gets mixed in with other plotlines.
