Why is there a headcanon in this community that every Yonko crew has to have another CoC haki user other than the captain itself?

Kaido: "we don't need that many conquerors in the world"

Big Mom crew has 1 CoC user other than Linlin herself and it's her 2nd son Katakuri (who also happens to be the first commander).

Kaido crew has 0 CoC user other than Kaido himself. And no, his daughter Yamato does not count, since she was never part of his crew to begin with nor ever wanted to be in it.

Whitebeard crew has 1 CoC user other than Newgate himself, and it's Ace, who joined very late recently a couple of years ago, and he's not even the first commander or related to WB in any way.

Shanks and Blackbeard crew are unknown for now.

There's really no consistent pattern here. If anything, being related to a CoC user by blood might be what gives you CoC haki too (Linlin > Katakuri, Kaido > Yamato, Roger > Ace, and presumebly Garp/Dragon > Luffy).

Ben might have CoC... just because of him being compared to his captain Shanks the way Rayleigh/Zoro is to Roger/Luffy. As for Blackbeard's crew, it's likely way too soon to tell. We met Shiryu in Hell (Impel Down), and Zoro is now the self-proclaimed King of Hell. Unfortunately, without knowing his true goals or disposition, we can't really know.

• Oden but that was before he became a yonko technically
• Teach most likely but it probably wasn't known

Linlin from what we know only has

• Katakuri

Kaido kinda had

• Yamato but against their will
• Doflamingo but they moreso worked together rather than mingo being a straight up subordinate

So what about them?

Ben Beckmann for Shanks and maybe Shiryu for the CoClet BB, new CoC users will have coating otherwise there's no point in having conqueror's haki.

Like is said, no CoC coating no point in introducing new CoC users, if BB doesn't have CoC then no one else from his crew will have it, with Shanks Oda could give Beckmann FS, ryuo and high stats instead of CoC because if he lacks coating then forget about him having it.
After the King situation I don't see Shiryu having it and he probably won't need it because Zoro will struggle with his DF and not his innate power, Oda gave CoC to shit characters and now he won't give it to endgame opponents.

Teach doesn't "need" COC (or COC -coating) because his fighting style is purely DF-based.
But given his potrayal, he should have COC.
But I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have it.

That's why he is Portrayed as MC's Archnemesis or Opposite of each others (As seen in Jaya Bar)
So it's clear to me that Luffy represents The King while Blackbeard represents The Devil
