Shanks Crew seems like the most balanced crew out there, and i think it's the crew with biggest number of conquerors.. Like 3 or 4 members..
One of requirements to get CoC is the user's kingly ambitions..I will give Yasopp and Van Augur the benefit of the doubt.. Since there seem to be a king of snipers title...

At some point there should be an intact and successful crew with more conquerors on board to mirror the Rocks pirates..and that's either Shanks or BB crew.. The story dictates that Luffy should surpass Roger...

Don't mistake preskip Teach with post skip Teach.
Preskip Teach is YC1/YC1+ at max and he is very hard to scale.
Current Teach beats Big Mom and admirals 100%, he might be even stronger but i am playing it safe for now

Even though One-Armed Shanks only needs CoC & Sword to be there

Teach doesn't need CoC to be a Top Tier, he already is among Strongest with just those Two DFs & Haki (CoA & CoO)
He simply needs another Power Up (Which is 3rd DF) & he will surpass Top Tier

Saying Blackbeard have CoC doesn't Hype him tbh, it actually dehypes him, since he failed to surpass Yonko with Three Top Level Power-Ups.

He is probably above most of them but he probably doesn't beat Akainu-Dragon-Kaido.
I think he is strong enough to beat Shanks right now but it's 50/50.

It's not super saiyan 3 vs super sayian 3.
Fodder having Magma DF is not equal to Chinjao having Magma DF is not equal to Akainu having Magma DF.

I think now that Zoro has CoC and there's all this talk about him being a King of sorts I think Shiryu will definitely have it now.
Don't know about the others. Laffite doesn't really come across as a conqueror to me, tho Pizzaro could potentially be one.
The argument an earlier post already made for the level 6 prisoners having it is interesting but I don't think BB will have that many CoC users.

Also don't think Beckman has it. He also doesn't really come across as a Conqueror to me tho, we know very little about him.

- Pizarro (maybe?)
- Weevil (definitely if he joins the BB pirates)
