This isn´t Teach´s backstory, this is about his dad still.
We don´t know:
Teach´s childhood before he met WB and after GV
Why Teach wants the Yami fruit
Why Teach can eat multiple devil fruits
How Teach was able to get his og crew so quickly after killing Thatch
Why Teach attacked drum island
Shanks is similar, we don´t know:
What Roger told Shanks
Why he was at reverie and met Harald
The scene where Blackbeard scars him and why
His perspective on saving Luffy and if it relates to his tattoo
Him meeting Shamrock and presumably Garling
Him fighting Loki
(potentially him meeting Beckman/Yasopp, we have all the Yonko meeting their right hands except for Shanks)

- A little Flashback of Teach during his childhood - We don't know much about that, but I don't think it's necessary.
- A little Flashback of Dragon and Luffy's mom and the start of the revolutionnary - There is sitll mystery there.
- A LAST big flashback of a character we don't know that will have a big importance into the last arc
- Probably a little flashback of a lost soul on the last island that Luffy will help
- The BIG The void century the Ancient Kingdom and Imu VS the government, Lily, Davy Jones, Raftel, Joy Boy and the One Piece
- A little flashback of Imu and their beginning just before their defeat. The mystery of the ancient history long before the void century.
- A little Flashback of Teach during his childhood - We don't know much about that, but I don't think it's necessary.
- A little Flashback of Dragon and Luffy's mom and the start of the revolutionnary - There is sitll mystery there.
- A LAST big flashback of a character we don't know that will have a big importance into the last arc

Kaido's and Big Mom's backstories weren't really that fleshed out. Most of their lives as pirates wasn't covered (the formation of Totland, the Charlotte Family fathers, how did BM found a Three-Eye Tribesman to have Pudding, Lola's arrangement with Loki, the formation of the Beasts Pirates -- the recruitment of Queen and Jack -- and their territorial expansion, Kaido's alliance with DoFlamingo/Caesar, etc.). WB's life is also unknown prior to his stint with Rocks (IMO, it would be nice to see WB's youth years, on the crew we see in his flashback before his death).
Both Sengoku's and Garp's backstories are really obscure too -- it seems that they're top tiers already by the God Valley Incident, but how they got there is unexplained (how was Garp's childhood and why did he look like a pirate hunting for treasures? how and why did Sengoku became an Admiral? And a Fleet Admiral?). Even Xebec seems to be like that too, he was already a top tier 18 years prior to God Valley (what did he do prior to that?). Plus, there are also the HKs'/Gorosei's/Imu's backstories that are completely unknown so far.
I guess we'll never see many of those backgrounds, not even in SBS's (especially for Mihawk, as it seems that Zoro's antagonists are the most obscure of all). That'll be up for our imaginations.
