To be clear lets remember that Chopper was one shotted by G3 Luffy in his monster form.
While it's clearly that Ulti headbutt equel to G3 nowadays, so it's even stronger

Luffy, without G4 - 5;
Zoro - 7;
Sanji - 4;
Franky- 5;
Brook - 1, case that will crush his bones;
Usopp it seems with luck on his side 3;
Robin 2;
Nami 2(she will die, not just knocked out);

Luffy was knocked out from Sanji Concasse DJ
Plus to that Ulti main thing is crushing people's skulls. So her attack in her Zoan form is stronger than regular Kata punch. Katakuri most impressive attack was Motti punch, but Kata hands is not the same thing as Ulti's skull. Her dinosaur form made her headbutt stronger than anything. We now talking about taking damage directly in the head. And when Ulti and Luffy clashed haki first time in base forms it was Luffy who was send flying, which means her attack without zoan form was stronger than Luffy's.
With that said Ulti in dinosaur form will crush Luffy's skull, and 5 times it's more than need if we talk about direct attack in the head.
So if Luffy will be knocked out...others will be dead.
If you talk about Nami and Usopp taking that lvl damage...well, that was pure luck, and yes luck always included.
Now stop bullshiting, and accept the truth.
