I can directly infer that lightning comes from his flames. From the words in the manga and how the lightning is drawn coming out of the flames. So the lightning is confirmed to come from the flames...
when you look into how lightning comes from fire you'll get your answer. Heat up enough and you'll produce plasma. Directly supported by the manga saying sanjis hotter than before

So I think this training put Sanji's CoA at a decent level for high tiers
But exoskeleton + decent CoA puts Sanji's durability to an insanely high level

Do you measure AP level by how hard the attack pushes your opponents? lmao
The boundman is the elastic force of compressing rubber, so it really makes sense to push your enemies away
Thunder bagua Kaido doesn't even move the opponent's place, but it has HK on boundman Luffy in the capital.
That's a terrible way to measure AP
If boeuf burst was really the finisher to defeat Queen, then he is stronger than or equal to KKG
How temporary? Sanji can use this speed feature several times during the fight, he will be able to abuse it, unless the battle lasts several days.

Lightning could be because of impact spark or because of Sanji's exoskeleton / hardening reacting to his fire.
And, his speed appears temporary because he used it only at the last.(panel in which oda showed him disappearin) Have to see whether he can use it all the time or not.
