The agreed wait time was on the second hour of the bird.
This was after the Yakuza bosses received Yasu's message and deciphered it properly, unlike Kin. So we can guess they arrived on Onigashima somehwere between 6pm and 7pm.
We don't receive any exact timeframe from that point forward, but the next time we get a good look at the sky is when the Scabbards first face Kaido, with the full moon on display. Reasonable to suspect it's midnight, or close to it, so it's been a few couple hours since the raid began.
Beyond that, it's all guesswork.
Queen gives us a timeframe of 1 hour before everyone infected with his plague bullets dies.
No one died before Marco showed up to slow the process down, so an hour has yet to pass.
However, I believe the Raid will end at around 3-5 am, which is the hour of the tiger, and where the sun rises; otherwise known as the dawn.
