Seriously how do you think that Chopper should have been and used in One Piece after the timeskip?
What defining moments and character development, progression in his dream to become a doctor capable of curing all diseases and in his progress as a doctor and person should have happened with him since his reunion with the other Straw Hats, and over the successive arcs in the New World?
I have always felt that Chopper seeing Big Mom's unique food illness and him not trying to find a cure or treatment to her, with him being conflicted due to her being an enemy and mortal threat to his crew, but being unable of leaving someone sick and not try to do something about it, and him finding said cure and treatment and it playing a crucial step in the conclusion to Big Mom's story, was perhaps the greatest missed opportunity for Chopper in all of the manga history.
It would have not only have allowed him to shine as a doctor, but also would have shown just how strong his doctor mentality and duty are, and been a huge step in his progression toward his dream.
