Zoro seems to still getting the hamg of Enma and making him tired some after usage. Even so, he able to do huge Aoe geat with a 1 sword style technique. Mihawk performed a better Aoe feat casually at MF. If Mihawk wasn't casual and he pumped Ryou into the "strongest black blade" how strong would the slash be.

But Mihawk is not a Yonko, and for sure Kaido and Mihawk never had a duel.
Also even if Wano is the land of samurai, Wano Arc's plot is not about who's the strongest swordsman is.
So story-wise Mihawk is irrelevant to the current Arc's plot.
That's why Ryuma, Wano's hero, was the one who was hyped when Onimaru and Zoro were having a conversation about the black blade.
To me If Oda choses to hype Mihawk there and then directly, it would lessen the hype of the characters related to Wano (Ryuma and Oden).

Mihawk seems to pull that Kind of flying slashes much more casually so it stands to reason that a pumped Ryuo slash from him is far stronger than any slash we've ever seen in this manga.
