He is a very skilled and experienced nen user. He has a very versatile hatsu, but it's not suited for direct combat, as he says so. He beat 2 squadron leaders, though.

However, he has a huge level of aura, significantly above Gon's, who is equal to a "mid-ranking pro," and was praised by Killua as "incredibly strong" (who has seen Bisky, the Phantom Troupe, and Illumi)

He adapted to Cheetu's speed pretty quickly, clashed with Leol, and took a hit from a royal guard while he was weakened, so he shouldn't just be a slouch physically.

For the sake of numbers, I put Morel in the 80 range, even going as far as matching Kanzai's 85 if Morel were to be 100% serious, with everything on the line, in a life or death fight.
