Make a pocket dimension that exists outside the existence that Sukuna and other sorcerers live in.
Sukuna can cut the universe as much as he wants but the laws of his universal cleave don't apply to the pocket dimension.
It would be like trying to cut the moon by slashing its reflection on a puddle of water.

I mean people dont typically block Sukana slashes. The only people that just took it are Maho that could adapt to anything and the people he couldnt cut because Megumi was interferring.

So I feel the solution is still the same. avoid getting touch or seal his technique.

To be fair Kashimo was given occular enhancements(X-Ray vision) + speed beyond human lvl. It's not impossible that he could see things that Gojo couldn't. At least when Mahoraga used the cut, Gojo couldn't see/react to it.

And even in Kashimo's case, Sukuna actually warned him to dodge

And in the same fight we got a piece of lore talking about how there's a sudden spike in CE right before a technique is deployed.

A guy that just hit multiple Black Flashes and was thus in the zone + Six Eyes should've seen an attack the calibre of World Cleave coming from a mile away and teleported away.

But he had to die for the plot to move forward, just like he had to be sealed in Shibuya for the same reason
