I didn't say he couldn't fight King because he wasn't able to fly, in OP basically any opponent nerfs himself to let the strawhats win.
I said Zoro vs King would have looked really lame and that it would've been a waste and weird to give the pteranodon zoan to a guy who already had a pair of wings just to see him fight on land.
