She uses her arrow power semi off screen while Loki screams, and it either kills one of his friends, or hits Loki straight up, but fair enough.
There's still no reason to assume any DF user in verse survives the attack that Shamrock hit Loki with while in seastone
We’ve seen guys like Zolo survive even more fatal injuries than being stabbed in the abdomen 3 times.
The narrative purpose of Loki being injured was to serve as an excuse to let the HKs run amok in the Sun World for a while before the heavy hitters returned, and also to potentially set up a future Loki vs Shamrock fight. Now that Imu himself is on Elbaf, it really doesn’t even make sense to have Loki be nerfed. Imu should logically be a step above a fully healthy Loki, seeing as how Shanks was confident that Loki would lose if he attacked the WG, and Xebec thought the Nidhogg and some other God Fruit were both necessary to beat Imu. Not to mention that Loki presumably isn’t even Awakened yet, so he’s not even at his prime yet (with Prime Loki still scaling below Imu based on Xebec’s plan and also common sense).
If Oda draws Loki with bandages or has him state he’s still feeling weakened from his injuries, then I’ll admit in a heartbeat that he’s still nerfed even though I don’t see the point of it. Until then, it seems like Oda probably just pulled the “This character ate a comically large amount of food, became a balloon, and fully recovered” gag to handwave away Loki’s injuries.
Besides, we already know that strong characters have an inhumanly fast recovery speed, and Loki is one of the strongest characters, with a top 5 Mythical Zoan on top of that, which should boost his recovery factor even more
