Szayelaporro and Barragan's abilites are busted and they could take alot of characters out by themselves, Ulquiorra's destructive capability is unmatched compared to any other espada cause the explosion from his lanza spear is larger than Las noches which is a fortress that takes days to get from one side to the other.

Grimmjow should be around where you placed Nnoitra. There’s no strong argument for Grimmjow being above Nnoitra tbh like Nnoitra doesn’t have any hax yet Aizen still put him above Grimmjow. Halibel looked bad but there’s arguments that can be made for her.
I mean, he was up against both Byakuya and Kenpachi at the same time. Any of the other Espadas would get the same treatment except Barragan (who would still lose to Byakuya‘s Kido skills as I have no doubt he could do what Hachi did).

R2 Ulquiorra washes Arrancar arc Kenpachi and Byakuya not factoring for Kenpachi’s adaptation. Even then Kenpachi might not adapt quick enough to make up the difference before getting slept.
