Ulquiorra was likely the strongest, his rank was only based on the first release. I think Yammy, Starrk and Ulquiorra beats Barragan since higher reiatsu could probably negate the latter’s decay ability. Aizen mentioned something along those lines, he tanked Sui fon’s hax shikai because of the gap in reiatsu.
Aizen doesn't need to see something to be aware of it, he was aware of literally everything Ichigo did over the course of the first half of the manga despite not being present for any of it, and he clearly implies that he knows how Ichigo's battle with Ulquiorra went.

I was talking about Aizen himself losing to Ichigo lmfao, please read it right. Aizen has an idea of things like Gin’s betrayal or Ichigo’s threat but doesn’t know the full extent of their powers because he has never witnessed it.

Well you worded it terribly, do better next time. Aizen knew Gin would betray him, that isn't "having an idea", that is him literally knowing for a fact. I already told you, Aizen does not need to see something with his eyes to be aware of it, his monologue to Ichigo directly proves that.
