Character Discussion How would Mihawk not be the burn scar man?

#1
Genuinely how the hell would Mihawk not be the burn scar man? I can’t believe people are still debating this, I was thinking about this literally before the airing of G5 vs Kaido in the anime and it’s been so obvious.

What does it take to be the “burn scar man”

Well, let’s go over this
1. Sails around in a black ship
2. Can create whirlpools
3. Has a road poneglyph/knows about the one piece
4. Has a burn scar
5. Travels a bunch to different places

Now, let’s go over it

Point 1, the Black ship=Mihawk sails in an all black ship
Point 2, can create whirlpools=mihawk while destroying don kreig’s crew gin said something about mihawk coming and sinking their ships or something like that, which is what whirlpools do, plus during marineford he cut aokiji’s ice, which if i remember correctly the whitebeard ship or luffy came out of a whirlpool before or after, also the weather around Mihawk is always dark and stormy, like his island and how he was sailing in his ship

Point 3, has a road poneglyoh/knows about the one piece=mihawk’s ship is literally the only major one without a logo on the flag, so Mihawk could have the poneglyph and use it as his flag, couldve made it black. Plus if Mihawk has it this means it would give a perfect excuse for him to fight zoro so he can get the poneglyph for Luffy by defeating Mihawk. Plus if Rayleigh is Mihawk’s father this could mean that Rayleigh has gone down to fish man island with him, meaning Mihawk could have learned about the poneglyph being there. Plus buggy is sailing for the one piece, it would be useless without any poneglyph’s or any way to get one, especially this late, so Mihawk having one would make perfect sense
Point 4, has a burn scar=keep in mind about something, we’ve never seen Mihawk without his shirt off, only without his hat and coat, so it could be under his shirt or on his bsck
Point 5, travels a bunch=well, Mihawk does, he sailed from his island to the don kreig’s pirates to baratie and back in a matter of days, he even traveled to where shanks was to meet up with him and chat before sailing back, even during the formation of cross guild he sailed to buggy’s island also, which is far, since Mihawk’s island is in the normal grand line I’m pretty sure

It is impressive how @minamoto , you and me came to similair conclusions. I am just the only one thinking that there is something off with the idea of him being the burn scar man.
I just think it is just a portrayal and mystery gimmick for Mihawk. But I am all ready to get surprised lmao.

zoro vs mihawk..zoro says: "scars on the back are a swordsman's shame"...it's like oda hint that mihawk got scar on his back..
scar on back are symbol of betrayal..in past mihawk may have been betrayed and stabed in back by marines maybe (oda sbs)..

Mihawk uses a boat, not a ship.

His boat isn't all-black.

Cutting a ship doesn't create a whirlpool.
:seriously:
big pirate ships like galeons or brigantines often caried smal boats like rowboats or longboats not just for rescu porpoze but also for patrol and skouting..
