Speculations How would you frame the presumed last 3 arcs?

#1
Okay so this came about because of 2 things, and I tend to ask this question after every arc:

- It seems during the Vol 109 SBS, Oda made it very clear that he dropped the Underworld and Impel Down escapee plotlines and just gave them to Lucci's group so they could promote to CP0. This is the canon explanation, and it seems Film Gold (Tesoro being a major Underworld player) and Stampede (Bullet being an Impel Down Escapee) were used as presumed film plotlines to address dropped arc concepts if I had to guess how Luffy would have been involved in some way.

- As of 1121, Oda seemed to lay out our major endgame players (with one apparent addition):

Now I say this because I 100% believe this image is supposed to represent 0 hidden surprises when it comes to new roadblocks in this story. Oda removed those extraneous plotlines because he realized he dished out way too many factions involved in the endgame. I mean, count them out:

- Yonko
- Marines
- WG (incl. God Knights)
- RA
- Burned Scar Man (who has what everyone wants). And yes, Im sure most people can agree he's probably the silhouetted person above next to Imu. At this point, I assume this person is somehow tied to Rocks too, considering how much lingering history that character seems to have in the story.

I personally believe we only have 3 major arcs left (its possible there happens to be another island between Elbaf and Lodestar, but if anything I would assume thats more setup for the endgame than anything), and in that timeframe:

- Elbaf will be used to officially tie up the Burned Scar Man/possibly Rocks/4th Poneglyph storyline. At this point it seems very hard to imagine Shanks (who just left) or Blackbeard (who's about to find out about Pluton/Poseidon) or CG (who imo still isnt at their full strength) to be involved here, and while I thought it might have been Akainu, the Marines accomplished their goal at Egghead with no important/direct casualties. Imu/Gorosei imo make far less sense now too, as I assume the Revolutionary Army will begin their assault on Mariejoa and Saturn likely has to return the Mother Flame anyway.

- Between another Island and Lodestar, I assume by that point Luffy will have a massive target on his back. He has what'll be needed to get to Laugh Tale, so the interception at Lodestar by all Yonko and Marines imo would inherently make sense. Now I still think the WG on their own wont be involved here. Im imagining Uranus (which seems to be a flying ship), will be used anyway to get to Lodestar/LT by the end of the story. By this point I also assume Blackbeard will have Pluton and Shirahoshi (Poseidon) will be allied with Luffy. It is possible Noah is used to save FI (maybe Imu destroys Mariejoa himself?) and she comes to Luffy's aid. How these 3 ancient weapons play out I have no idea, but I 100% believe this was a very clear hint to who's involved in the ultimate endgame of the series. And yes, it is here where I can see Shanks, Mihawk, Akainu, Kuzan, etc losing (who knows about the rest of Teach's crew) because of this scene:

- Finally, I would assume Laugh Tale is where it all comes together. True history, the ancient weapons brought together by Imu, Luffy and Blackbeard, Vivi involved because of Lily, etc.

Idk how the wider endgames go (i.e. how the RA either lose or end up continuing their fight near Luffy, if Dragon meets Luffy/Garp, if Law/Kid/other Supernova/Neo MADS, BMP, Yamato, etc all get involved in their own way) or how Oda can even manage to draw all of it, but I feel like this our main structure (tldr):

- Elbaf -> Burned Scar Man/Rocks History

- Lodestar -> Big War/Shanks+Akainu+Mihawk+Dragon etc potentially lose.

- Laugh Tale -> Imu/Blackbeard + Ancient Weapons and One Piece. Any # of Luffy's allies (Hancock, Sabo, Yamato, Kuma, Kid/Law, etc) could be involved in this endgame given the size of the WG. Blackbeard....depends on his fallout from the prior arc imo.

This is just how I personally see it. If Elbaf is tied to getting the last RP (among its own lore), then I think structure here is pretty clear, but let me know what your opinion is on the endgame of this series. 3-4 arcs, given the nature of whats left, isnt a lot in the grand scheme of things lol...

Elbaf->New Marineford->Moon->Blackbeard battle (perhaps on Lodestar)->Laughtale->Maryjoa->Loguetown

3 big villains are left: Blackbeard, Imu and Akainu. Imu will be the last to be defeated. Blackbeard can't be the first, because he isn't ready yet. When he faces Luffy, he will have defeated Shanks. So a short Elbaf Arc will set up a New Marineford Arc, where Akainu goes down. Then a small relaxing Arc to cut through the tension: Strawhats will go to the Moon. They will have planned that on Elbaf, where Benn Beckman and/or Urouge will have told them about a way up. When they come down they will fight Blackbeard. Then Luffy will claim the One Piece. The crimes of Imu will be revealed. Strawhats will sail to Maryjoa and dethrone him. Finally a sort of epilogue, the crew, atleast the East Blue part, will go back to Loguetown, town of the beginning and the end.

I respect your opinion but your geographical placement is wild and almost impossible lmao

Elbaf: Last arc for all factions to get ready for the final battle for the one piece. Shanks and CG get their remaining poneglyphs meanwhile the SHs have their own little isolated arc in Elbaf. Holy knights might be the C plot similar to Shanks vs Kid.

Lodestar: A 4 way battle for the one piece between all Yonko, tournament like. This way Mihawk vs Zoro, Shanks vs BB, Shanks vs Luffy etc all happen in a meaningful battle. I think the man with the burn scar circles lodestar and that’s the island Law was heading, so it should be either past winner island or the third island of the archipelago. Burn Scar man might be a Davy Jones like figure, and rewards the final poneglyph to the winners or a Davy back fight

Laugh Tale - Holy War: SHs arrive at laugh tale, head to marejois circling the world and story ends with the major factions vs WG.

Elbaf will reintroduce Gaban, reveal the identity of the Burned Scar Man, give a Nika lore dump, and I honestly have a feeling that Oda is gonna pull a Skypiea and give us an arc antagonist largely irrelevant to the rest of the story, like how Enel was. Maybe Big Meme comes back for whatever reason, and Luffy beats her 1v1. Smoothie and the other BMPs on the Chanter could be taken care of too.

In the outside world during Elbaf, the other Yonko will make their moves.

Shanks currently has only the WCI and Wano RPs since I don’t see why Luffy or Law would just give him a copy of the Zou RP, so Shanks could go to Zou to collect that one. He could also attack the Barto Pirates to create some forced tension between him and Luffy, and maybe get a hype moment where he breaks Barto’s barrier.

BB will either start going after the Ancient Weapons once Caribou tells him, or he’ll go after his 3rd DF. I still hope that Garling won the “Moon God” DF at God Valley, and that Teach will sneak into Mariejois and claim it from him

CG should start collecting RPs and boosting their manpower. They can start by going to WCI and allying with Kata to gain access to his forces and the RP. They can also grab a Mink from Totland to guide them to Zou. Not sure how they can get the Wano RP, but Oda can come up with something. If Oda decides that he doesn’t care about realistic travel times and is willing to let characters fast travel to far away places like they did in GoT seasons 7/8, then Oda could maybe also have them stop by ID to recruit Doffy and Weevil.

Next arc after Elbaf is Lodestar. It could be a Yonko battle royale here.

After Lodestar is Laugh Tale, and then the Final War.

I think the Burned Scar Man will be fought on the sea since it was hyped up how hard it is to reach his ship. I guess it would happen before Lodestar, but I’m not too sure since we really don’t have much to go off of with the BSM

Why would BM suddenly decide to go to Elbaf though?

She can find out
Also she could just go to elbaf first to get them to listen to her by force

It’s not like she doesn’t have ties to elbaf
So after nearly dying, she’s gonna choose to immediately sail to Elbaf with just a fraction of her crew, despite Elbaf being the mightiest nation and also hostile to her?

She’s an emperor

She isn’t scared of entering wano with kaido and the beast pirates she’s not going to be scared of the giants. Her wanting to be on their good side so they want to team up with her doesn’t insinuate fear

Imo, I really feel the BM storyline to Elbaf is largely superficial. She doesnt need to be present at all and frankly doesnt need to find out about Mother Caramel. But thats just me. Its just redundancy on a character that needs to stay gone considering she took up way too much panel time. Lets focus on whats left, not characters that have happened.
She doesn’t need to but she will be there. Not only due to the elbaf story, but her last words were about getting payback on Kid and Law on top of her beef with Luffy. What’s the point in including that there if she never follows up on it?

there’s just too many stuff pointing to BM being on elbaf to ignore
