Awakening is not really that Rare, and not everyone's Awakening is Powerful
Some DFs increase massively in Power after Awakening such as Law's DF, and some not much
For example, Diamante turned the Ground into a Flag which is clearly Awakening, if you don't think it's Awakening
Then plz tell me what does Diamante's DF Awakening do? lol
--There is no answer to stupidity ; no pre skip characters bar zoans of impel down are awakened and they are different than any zoan users period
--They are more animal like in hybrid form -- Their faces are like animals than humanoid and they are HUGE way bigger than lucci too

This is the World Government we are talking about
Those Beasts were clearly not only Awakened, they were also experimented on

I already speculated it but I wish he has it so we can have a full power battle since we didnt have that feeling with BM.

The issue is that if Blackbeard is gonna steal Kaidos fruit (either for him or someone else) then there are some abilities such as awakening that need to remain kept secret for the sake of maintaining interest in the story.
I wish Kaido has awakening though, but I see it a REAL real possibility he doesn't have it and thus would match Big Mom more or less...

Plus don't see BB with 3 DF's + 3 awakenings + Adv coc

Yes, Paramecia Awakening allows you to apply your Ability on opposite side
If Ability was applied on you, you can apply it on others & vice versa
For example, Kid is a Magnet, his Awakening allows him to turn other things or people into Magnets
Diamante is a Flag Man, his DF turned him into a Flag, so logically his Awakening should allow him to turn other things into Flags which is exactly what he was shown doing, same thing for Gladius too
