That could be interesting. Though, it would depend on the number of participants, if very few volunteer it might make the game short.

My only issue with doing another members round is the fact that the lines will be drawn very similarly. I don't see maybe people branching out to do their own thing. At least, if we do teams of 2 (or 3, if we're at an odd number) we can try to encourage a bit more of that. I mean, if you're on a team with Chrono and Pedxi, I bet some people will neg you.

I don't thing we'd be into it as much. The first game left a sour taste in our mouths, the betrayal of @Kiwipom 
After the last round excitement any H & H game would appear boring.
We need high stakes where in people feel they are part of the game. Supporting users who belong to same fandom give the feeling of fraternity and thus the interest.
What we can do is explore different ideas but with similar concept of member editions.
I have few ideas
1) for member games base score should be higher like all starting with around 25-30. This is to reduce chance of any alliance eliminating someone in the beginning itself and that too suddenly. It will increase the life span of one game
2)we can explore fandom HXH game.
Example -. Zoro fandom, sanji fandom, Luffy fandom being participants
3)users who sign up being the participants like last game
4) members as a team - example two users can be part of same group. Details regarding it can be worked out through deliberations between staff especially regarding whether to disclose the identity of team members in public or keeping it disclosed
