Say The gorosei did get the eternal surgery used on them and that's why they don't take permanent damage

Do you think there's a way Law can reverse it?

I don't think so.
Fruits got limitations sometimes.

Let's take toki fruit as an example. She can only come to future with her fruit , can't go back in past. Can send people to future but again can't send them back.

With those wrinkles?!:suresure:

Jokes aside, I dont think so because that would create a hierarchy amongst them. They'd have to sacrifice 5 Ope users throughout time, so someone would be "youthful" 1st & (much, much worse) someone would be last. I dont think their egos could take it

Not really? Just get 5 skilled Doctors in a room, and 4 fruits which the DF can reincarnate in. This would be a matter of 10 minutes.

Whose getting the surgery 1st? Whose getting it last? 10 minute changes little. There's 5 of them who can't all be 1st. They'd create a hierarchy amongst themselves, which their EGOS can't take

Also, "throughout time" can be any stretch, so I could've meant 10 minutes:smoothieduck:

If the condition to make someone immortal is to give one's life, Law should at least die 5 times to reverse it for the five of them for it to be fair.

So no.

Is only logical to me that he can. If he can give he can take it.

I think the surgery was only done on Imu and the Gorosei have other reasons for their similar powers. They all have that flame based regen and they can all talk to each other telepathically.
