People either didn't read Kingdom or they are retarded if they think it doesn't have good art
There were some rough chapters here and there but man it actually has top tier panels most of the time.
Gyou'Un specially has berserk level panels in shukai
Imagine comparing HxH art to Kingdom
Other than a couple of panels like the Dark continent one, it has mid art at the best of times.
Even with the multi year breaks your average chapter is barely a 4-5/10 art even in the most important points of the story like the Hisoka vs Chrollo fight or the Chimera ant arc. Kingdom is consistently 8-9/10 .

Hara can't draw anatomy for shit. I use the horses as an example because it's more blatant and it really shows, it's like they have wooden sticks attached to their body for legs, doesn't look like they can even bend let alone run with those things half the time.

Hara's art in his end of volume omake pages slam dunks on these scribbles.
It's not just horses lol, it's just that the horses magnify the issue with how bad Hara is with shading, joints, sense of movement, anatomy in general. If you're gonna have such detailed art these things stand out.
One Piece is caricaturistic by nature. Exaggerated proportions by design. Kingdom just looks jarring half the time, I never had any issues reading Kingdom because it gets the job done in its own unique way but like I said his shortcomings in art resemble Isayama's. Both of them couldn't draw side profiles for shit, when Kingdom or AOT characters are drawn from the side they looked completely flat, this is due to a lack of proper drawing techniques like shading in the right places, and a sense of dimensions. Ofcourse as time went on Isayama improved immensely, I'm sure Hara is a lot better too from when he started but you can tell both aren't naturally good at it.

Bro on average Kingdom is the best manga by art. On average no other mangaka will ever achieve the quality at the pace Hara does. Miura in his prime took 6 months to release a single chapter, Murata takes 1-2 months as well and releases half-chapters to boot.

Hara is the UNDISPUTED GOAT in terms of the average, none of these other try hards can even come close to what Hara does week by week. Not in a million years. Miura himself could never achieve this on a week to week basis. Hara cannot be touched by any other mangaka in this regard.
