Ok let me give my honest thoughts.
As you know I don't particulary watch reviews/comments on YouTube except Echidnut cause I find them boring and not really interesting.
Reasons:
- I don't like rewatching things, so recaps are a no go for me.
- Comedy is subjective, and I'm very picky with the type of humour.
- I know Gigguk for example has a ton of views and subscribers but his jokes are a miss for me.
I checked one of your videos and while I won't say to not do reviews (since there's a market for it) I think it could be improved with more sound effects and visual effects. Basically I think it could be improved as I fell the review is too static and not stimulating enough. Instead of having the same pattern/tone for voice and sound/music, you could change it throughout the video.
Hmm like for each part your reviewing have the appropriate sound type for the part (like if you're talking about a part that was sad in the anime then put a sad music/sound effect and vice versa). Same thing for voice if possible, changing the voice tone to match the part that it's being talked about.
You can also loosely make some jokes/references to IRL stuff and put some footage of it in the video.
TL/DR
Change the tone during the video to stimulate the viewer, as it's.. (for a lack of a better word) "plain" right now. Basically we need more WTF moments in it. So if I were to compare it to anime, right now the videos are like Plastic Memories and they would improve if they became like Toradora or Clannad/Your Lie in April.
This is really good advice I think,

The cell phone generation has a small attention span, and there's so much content out there to choose from.
Making content that keeps people attention is just freaking hard, because everyone has different interests.
Trying to focus on what the specific fanbase for a show would like to see is a good idea, like with the Chained Soldier reviews having lewd thumbnails.
People focus on cleavage, but, humans are geared towards looking each other in the face. Thumbnails also aren't that big, especially on phones. Having a cute girl's face as the thumbnail instantly draws in eyes (Holo works well here, your first Spice and Wolf thumbnail does this well), without having to worry about triggering the boob censor police who treat cleavage like hate crime. I've seen you do this, it'd be interesting to look at statistics and see how well cute fairs vs sexy thumbnails. If you can get away with sexy ones, it's great, but it's a tricky game that I have no idea how to play.
Don't be afraid to be controversial. As long as a Sub isn't pushing other Subs away, it's a good Sub, even if they're highly critical/disagreeable. Saying controversial opinions can stir up legit debate. Even if you don't believe something yourself, including in the video as a joke/bait can work well. I LOVE joke/bait stuff, as long as it leads to something better. Like anime with misleading titles that make more sense as you get into them, like Rascal Does not Dream of Bunny Girls
Content isn't just about making people like you, it's about making them interested in you. Plenty of people spend all day looking up people they hate (look at politics). Obviously, you don't want hate, but, any attention that doesn't make the channel look worse is good for it.
Small stuff like mistitling the video, then joking about it in the first few seconds and saying "you thought I mistitled the video, but I did it on purpose to fool you... just like _______ was fooled in this episode" (this is not a suggestion, but an example explaining the concept)
Good content isn't just good content, it's presentation, transitions that move things forward are a big part of that. There's a reason movies are more liked than theatre; because you don't have to wait for the scenes to change.. Making a video flow well is hard, but I think you've gotten a good deal better at it.
I have little video creation experience, but I've listened to a lot of YouTuber's talk about their editing processes.
The easiest way I can put it is this:
People like shiny things. Make content that shines like gold, that makes people want to reach their hand out and look in.
Hope at least some of this rambling helps.
