Whitebeard had the title of the World's Strongest Man, but even some commanders had better COO than him, for example.

Coo to hit your opponent with them skills
Strenght to overpower them with yout skills and better durability for your sword coa and cutting better with them skills
Acoc more durability and power for your skills
Haki enchances swordsmanship lil bro
Thats why zoro got acoc and acoa next is acoo

I was trolling there. Yes, skill means better AP. Just look how Robin improved her attacks after being taught martial arts by the Revs. Stop reading two piece. Skill=AP.

Her AP grew stronger because she herself became stronger, not just because of skill alone. Growth in AP typically correlates with an increase in physical strength, endurance, or other tangible factors , not merely refined techniques.

Have some shame. Rayleigh > Oden all but guaranteed. And Mihawk ranks above both no matter how strong the two Vice Captains were.

Apart from Ryuma no swordsman has achieved the ultimate swordsman feat of black blade like Mihawk. Zoros goal is a terrible one indeed. It's the equivalent of having Joy Boy alive that Luffy would have needed to surpass.
