Speculations I think Killer will eventually get haoshoku haki

I think the story suggests that it is possible to conquer other conquerors. Rocks had at least 3 CoC users serving under him, Roger also had 3.
you're right, but it's orochi who was working killer to the bone, not kaido.

We, the readers, know that Kaido wanted to recruit them. Hawkins, who officially entered Kaido's lines, knew it. Killer, who was a prisoner, didn't know this.
He saw a chance to save his Captain and took it, that's all.
killer entered wano the same time hawkins did and he was already so infamous as kamazo when we first arrived at wano, so he should've known about kaido's recruiting process, also kaido already offered them to join him in the first encounter, if he wanted to kill them he could've don it there and then.
Hawkins mentioned it to Law, he said: "I feel bad for Kidd's crew. They are forced to do this and that hoping to save their Captain"
Killer happened to be the one who received the worst treatment out of them all.
i think this is another case of bad writing imo, because we only saw kidd and killer, the others didn't appear until the raid and they were fine. and kidd didn't mention anything about saving them.
law's crew members too got captured but they stood firm even against torture, law freed them by turning himself in (which is bs imo), while it looks like killer eat the smile only based on a false promise, which he should've known being the smartest and all. the servitude is an even worse siyuation.
We don't know Killer's story, so judging the reasons of his decision to put on the mask isn't fair imo, we should waut for a proper flashback or something like that to really judge Killer as a "weak-minded" person.
Also, Katakuri displayed similar insecurities while still having CoC so...
the difference is that katakuri didn't have an insecurity in the first place, it only became that way because his weaker siblings got punished for it, while killer got no one to protect but himself, he just didn't want people making fun of him,
Again, I'm not even sure that Killer has/will have it, is just that the reason you mentioned are not the right parameters to exclude him from the CoC list.
i really don't mind if he turned out to be a conqueror to, it's just his portrayal contradects other's who are confirmed to be conquerors.
he was left to roam free in wano because his spirit was easily broken (by orochi btw), while kidd and luffy stayed in prison and nobody bargained with them because their spirit is unbreakable.

Hawkins entered clean thanks to his submission, Killer entered bloody and beaten up cause of his opposition.
2 different paths from 2 really different kind of persons.

They didn't appear but were mentioned, always by Hawkins. He underlines that they are acting in every possible way to free their Captain.
And Kidd, in return, thinks about saving them as the first thing to do after escaping Udon. And he actually saved them, since they are now fighting in Onigashima.

Different scenarios, Heart Pirates had to be kept alive cause the objective was to capture Trafalgar Law.
While in the Kidd Pirates case they got all captured, so the matter was to save the life of someone who was already in Kaido's/Orochi's hands (Kidd), not someone who was free (Law).
Servitude... I don't think you still get what kind of sacrifice Killer did...

We know that Killer always hated his laugh, not the reason for it.
I personally don't think it's something 'easy', and that him deciding to wear the mask has an even deeper reason.
I guess these are just assumptions from both of us.

Killer only showed huge balls, which are a requirement for CoC.
Dunno if he'll get it but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens, seen how he's built.
