As I said luffy mentioned it once referring to dragon kaido...........kaido doesn't produce/use partial scales in his human form as marco produce fire.........if marco can heal without fire then I can see that happening.........

If the problem is his df? Why didn't the marines use seastone to make him normal to execute him ezpz?

Perhaps his devil fruit made his actual body indestructible, the same way Luffy's body is still rubber even with sea stone.

Seastone cuffs don't stop Luffy from being rubber. Even while underwater, Luffy's body could still stretch.


That's just high tier durability IMO. Half dead Whitebeard ate nearly 50 cannonballs. We can also see that Yamato is pretty roughed up by it.

No it's to surpass his dragon scales. That's what's stated. His hardness is from his fruit.
