Controversial If Asura as said by Kaido is a conquerors Haki attack, why does Haki God King Shanks not just materialize his arm back?

King's Haki has never been described as the power to manifest or make your dreams real.
Haki also has nothing to do with willpower, it's never been described as such.
If Haki was willpower, then Haki would never deplete because willpower cannot be quantified, willpower is a choice to do something. You can't limit something you decide to mentally do.
Luffy has run out of Haki many times, that has nothing to do with Luffy lacking power - point being willpower is completely unrelated to Haki.
Asura is also something Zoro used pre-skip, Zoro was never a Haki user pre-timeskip.

the reason rooftop asura is acoc is because zolo spent all his haki in the fight before that. And he said he gave everything he had for that asura.
Go and read back how zolo got acoc against king. He got it cause he gave emma everything he had.
So yeah. Giving emma unrestricted access = emma sucking out his dormant coc for him and converting it to acoc automatically.

This is why when Luffy was made fun of by Bellamy, he thought back to Shanks being humiliated by Higuma.
It's one thing to insult him, he's fine with it... it's another thing to hurt his friends, that's the 1 of the only times he's okay to get violent.
Shanks let Barto leave, but he got corrected by Yassopp the way Luffy got corrected by Zoro when he tried to get Usopp return back to the crew without apologising first.
People don't know Shanks and Luffy are friends, they don't know their relationship. As an Emperor, the moment you look soft, you put the people you protect in danger.
An Emperor can't afford to look weak under any circumstance, if your goal is to protect your friends, looking weak endangers your friends. Majority of Shanks' protected are seemingly weaklings, so more reasons for Yassopp to take out Barto.
It's the consequences of their actions, he made the right choice.
End of the day, those actions that Yassopp made on behalf of Shanks were right, it was to protect his friends which is his priority - the safety of his friends is more important than anything personal.

Comparing Luffy, Zoro, & Usopp situation doesn't compare when they've been travelling for like 2 - 3 months (in OP time) this is why Zoro checks Luffy and he agrees this isn't pirate games. Yasopp correcting his captain is pulled out of no-where, and backed by nothing.
