Future Events If Blackbeard defeats the World Government, then what is the role of the revolutionaries?

He won’t

Kuzan couldn’t even beat Akainu and all his other subordinates are much weaker. They’d get cooked if they fought the WG.

I think Devon will just use her Saturn form to help the BBP steal Uranus(the weapon mother flame powers).

What disaster? A third of Blackbeard's crew were literally negged casually by Aokiji and Shiryu was put down from a haki-less throw by old Garp...that's far worse than Saturn taking some damage then healing it and being completely fine seconds later.
Blackbeard's crew can increase their power while there are chances that Saturn will be defeated by Bonney

The revolutionaries' goal is not only to take down the world goverment.

It is to incite a revolution and create a better society.

The revolutionary army wants to abolish all kinds of slavery and prejudice, end the heavenly tribute system and inequality by taking out all the privileges from the Tenryubito and distribute their wealth to the many nations.

Blackbeard wants to sit on Imu's throne and rule the world to have all privileges and power for himself.

Their goals are complete opposites.

All power to the people x All power to only one man

Both involve taking down Imu, but what really matters is what comes after that.

We do not know if Blackbeard, Imu or Dragon will throw the final blow against Imu, but oh boy, it is going to be insane

BBP will not defeat WG. That is SHs job. BBPs can come at the very end to take advantage of the situation and maybe BB takes imu's DF or something
I really dislike the "blackbeard will take this characters devil fruit argument" because it's overdone to death. Blackbeard will steal Marcos fruits, blackbeard will steal kaidos fruit, blackbeard will steal Saturns fruit, blackbeard will steal imu's fruit. It's the exact same thing but people constantly move the goal posts each time it doesn't happen.

My honest question then is if an entire Marine Force (3 Admirals, Zodiacs, hundreds of ships) cant invade Elbaf, then what could that arc possibly even be about lol? Shanks left the island, and Blackbeards goals clearly lie elsewhere.

Thats not to say i believe Akainu "needs" to be next (I think there will be multiple endgame antagonists), but i just have no idea what Elbaf could be centralized on outside of hypothetical villains that dont yet exist.

Edit: And the main reason I doubt a hypothetical villain (Elbaf himself if he exists, Burned Scar Man, etc) is that Egghead is already serving as a taster for the endgame.

- An Admiral and Gorosei are central to the arc
- Both Blackbeard and Shanks have made big moves during said arc
- Revolutionaries are also mobilizing, as is Akainu and his Marines

It just would feel super off course to dedicate 50-100+ chapters at Elbaf if it is NOT tied to any one of these things.
I think it's probably a staging area for the straw hats to regroup and train before finding the man marked by flames etc and moving to laugh tale, and probably also the site the final war will take place. maybe they won't make it straight there either
