Speculations If Blackbeard fails

I think that Teach will get the Poneglyphs but not defeat Law in battle.
The scenario I can picture to see this happen is the Heart Pirates being defeated by Burgess, Auger & Q, while Teach & Law are still fighting to a standstill.
Seeing his crewmates under death risk, Law will trade the copies of the Poneglyphs to spare his men lives.
Similar to what happened with Hawkins.
This is obviously one possible scenario, Oda can do it in a lot of ways, but I'm pretty sure that Teach vs Law won't have a definitive winner and also that BlackBerry Pirates will take the copies of the Poneglyphs.

He is planning ahead and doesn't enjoy the adventure like luffy(I think) . His coward like nature fits him and his df very well and that's what make him so dangerous.also who would even imagine he and his crew killing whitebeard and destroying revolutionary army headquarters.
I think BB at least have a one Road Poneglyph( from totto land)
Also I think he will be the one to reach laugh tale first.
because I don't think oda will make plot too predictable. (just my opinion) Also now Kidd reaching Elbaph and SHs stuck at egg head and marines outside egg head with kizaru. and law could loose his Poneglyphs copies because BB is tricky as hell and this could make BB with pudding(although she is yet to be awakened ) =luffy with Robin thus making BB luffy's rival(sun vs darkness thing).
