He's part of a crew where the hierarchy is determined by strength, and he sits at the same rank as two other people, with zero desire to overthrow the one who sits at the top, which is Kaido.

I didn't mean like that. Anything could be a dream but for Law it's not. That's why he got wrecked and now out from PK race. Weird for someone who want to know the truth right ?

Its really not your point on Celestials is irrelevant. People forgot Sengoku was Fleet Admiral meaning he was an admiral at some point and has CoC. Its very clear that Koby will be an admiral AFTER the Celestials are gone.
Koby is Garps main protege he has CoC.

He’s one of the strongest members of the worst generation.

Also his recklessness in challenging yonkos is a characteristic of a conqueror. Luffy and Roger were the same.
