Coby is definitely getting acoc. Law had his chance of unlocking it when he fought three yonko in a less than a month. If that does not cause it to bloom, nothing will.
King didn't need it. He's part of the most OP race in the verse and outside the race isn't important enough for acoc.
Y'all need to realize that before Alvida Coby was a normal kid. He wasn't getting his ass beat by his father and his goons, or training non stop in a dojo, or surviving the woods with his bros for years.

Kid having it while Law doesn’t makes sense tbh. They have opposite personalities.
I think characters with busted DFs like Law or Kizaru are just less likely to be conquerors because they don’t need the will of a conqueror to achieve their goals. They already have a busted DF.
Honestly same with King, who’s strength comes from his lunarian powers.

Law isn’t the type of person to have conquerors, he just doesnt have the ambitions for it, he never stood out as the type of person to really have ambitions and anything like Kid, kid has these ambitions, he is the type of person to have it, hes very passionate. King doesn’t have a goal like Koby either, king’s goals revolve around kaido, his entire life is for kaido. Koby on the other hand he has his own dreams, his own goals, he has a certain passion that’s his own that characters like Law and King don’t have. Koby wanted to be the admiral so bad, even Before his transformation he was always talking about it with Luffy and helmeppo, he went through this immense training also, plus he just continued to train and protect people because it’s his dream, and he will stick with it
she has the energy, motivation and ambitions for it. She was always trying to fight kaido since she was a kid and has always acted on her dream, like ace and how he was trying to fight whitebeard but kept getting sleep diffed while Yamato kept getting drink diffed. Her goal was to kill kaido, and after that her goal was to protect wano. Law on the other hand never acted on his dream until Luffy came along, then after Doffy was defeated he just was there. Law isn’t one to keep coming back over and over to accomplish his goal, or to make his entire life about just his goal, like other conquerors users
