Considering what they did with Star wars and Disney direction in general I guess that they will take Nami and empower her to the point she becomes a Mary Sue (same as Rey in the last Star wars) and the co protagonist along with Luffy (in Star wars they were starting a new cycle so she could be the undisputed new main character, here they can not do it since Luffy reigns supreme as the MC, way too much actually). Then they would fill the adaptation they will surely make with stupid gags and stupid stuff in general, everything even remotely not family friendly (Sanji gags, underage Bonney and fanservice of her etc. etc.) will be nuked (maybe swapped with reparatory stuff, you can imagine). Oh, also I would expect a "somehow Xebec has returned" line.

Nami/Robin take more prominent roles in each arc, particularly Nami acting like Luffy's #2/#3 and steering the plot.
Usopp is basically a Disney character already, no change.
Disney slims down the antagonists of the series and connects a lot of them. Suddenly, the marines intentionally don't go after the Yonko and are now either complete idiots or actually sympathetic to the Yonkos.
