Lucci hype is really crazy if they think he's above awakened logia Crocodile which is superior to zoan and we haven't even seen awakened logia to this date. There's a reason why Crocodile's DF got highlighted and nothing suggests that Lucci is above 1 YC for now.

I explained my reasoning many times. If he is stronger than that, it's Oda's writing which is at the wrong.

Last time we saw Lucci he lost to pre Haki pre Gear 4 basically fodder Luffy for New World standards.

Lucci was confirmed to have Haki at that point which only makes it look worse and mind you, Lucci wasn't training hard as fuck for the last 2 years but he was on the run until magically Oda included him back to CP and now CP-0:seriously:


I can dislike this choice. I'm in favor of old characters improving from their defeat but not in a shitty way where their power-ups/power level improvement is basically a handover/ass pull.

But you are wrong. Pre time skip Luffy already was Vet. His bounty was already higher than Many vets which was 400 million. And Lucci barely lost.

So Lucci was Vet-Yc4 at that point, maybe higher. I agree he had haki, but basics, not fully trained, so with stronger haki just as Luffy, then he at least should ve Yc3-2. But he has awakening confirmed now, so being stronger than that is debatable
