First two guys are manipulators, not conquerors.

Real conquerors were: Hitler, stalin, napoleon, Alexander, genghis Khan, vlad the impaler, pretty much any military general who actually delivered both on the frontlines and the strategy desks.

As for khabib, he is as overrated as mihawk.

Most of his wins were against nobodies who worked as part time fighters with 2 other Jobs and he retired young to prevent people from seeing his facades.
