Break Week If Sanji doesn't have CoC in the future, why Oda give us so many hints?

This should be THE moment that Sanji unlocked COC, or at other point of HIS ARC in WCI
But sadly, he didn't.
And now, we have arrived at Wano, where it's about Joy Boy (Luffy) and Samurai (Zoro)
So yeah, it would be weird if he's to unlock COC right now, considering this is not his focused arc, and especially that he's fighting against Queen, who's highly likely doesn't have COC.
Simply put, there's not that many moments for Sanji to unlock COC as compared to say Luffy and Zoro now.

Sanji and Zoro arguing about how many enemies they are going to beat and then clashing their CoC's and knocking out a bunch of enemy fodders, and them arguing again but this time discussing which CoC KO'ed more would be funny AF.

It's possible. It makes sense given the focus on CoC in Onigashima, but it depends on how much time Oda wants to put inbetween these reveals so that they keep their impact.

Also from that Panel if you go by the order.

It was Zoro who used CoC first not Luffy so the order doesn't even make sense.

Also the Volume 100 cover with Ace, Yamato, Sanji, Zoro and Luffy. Why isn't Usopp on it if he too is going to be a CoC user...
