Controversial If You Could Rewrite any arc?

WCI: I would finally transition Luffy to an actually good captain. When Sanji was crying for help, I would make Luffy abandon him in WCI thinking of the crew’s end goal and the safety of more important members of the crew.

Luffy should have realized he does not need Sanji to become the PK while Sanji needs him to achieve his own dream. They entered a race that is much bigger than them and Luffy does not need someone who is weak, whose skill/job can be easily replicated, who presents safety concerns for the rest of the crew and someone who abandoned the crew and trash talked the captain. What value does his life have compared to someone like Robin or Zoro or Nami? He is not a support for Luffy’s goals, he is a hindrance.

For me I'll rewrite Egghead it was nearly #2 on my favorite arcs list but what started has a phenomenonal arc eventually fell down to barely top 10

Firstly I wouldnt have off screened them figuring out it's York the mystery aspect is why I was enjoying in fact I think it would of been even better if the reader didn't know who it was either we where figuring it out along side the crew could of been months of theories and discussions on who it could be

Secondly I think we should of met the Holy Knights before we officially got introduced to the gorosei and their abilities Saturn can stay his ties to Bonney and Kuma fits in well with the egghead theme and story but a think a few of the Holy Knights showing up would of been better than all the gorosei it would still habe the same affect of we can't hurt them so we need to run and it can still have the emeth vp message thing

Another thing the Vps should of stayed dead, even Stella has a cloned body waiting

Which was the point of killing them if they had back ups anyway? Did Kizaru know about these back ups and that's why he was so willing to go through with murdering his so called friend?

Yeah the dead should stay dead imo

I also would of given at least one strawhat a power up

Usopp and new sniper, upgraded Frankie's arsenal

Give Nami a bubble gun to use permanently

Something that she could use to fight other than Zeus, imagine if Nami had the bubble gun


And that's how I'd rewrite Egghead
