Impel down smokes every Post skip arc

Impel Down arc is probably the second best set-up arc after Zou imo. I don't need to talk about Reverie.

Zo and Reverie don’t count they are too small to compare. Impel down is a real arc and quite good. Magellan was a great antagonist, BB and Shiryu too.

Impel Down largely beats any post-timeskip arc, Magellan was a great antagonist and true anti-villain with him and Hannyabal being in fact more far more righteous than the prisonners that escaped Hannyabal was really funny and endearing, the story was on a far superior level and Shiryu was a nice addition to Blackbeard's crew.
