Future Events Imu Is Not Evil! Who Is The True Final Villain?

#21
I’m going to count recent plot revelations as points in favor of this thread.

Imu appears to be the main antagonist of Elbaph. Considering Oda will continue to raise the stakes throughout the story, do we really think the final antagonist of the entire manga is someone who we are already going to fight and arguably repel in Elbah?

Also, I think the idea that Imu is not fully evil seems to be pretty strong as well. Imu I seems to have compassion for his subordinates, even a complete bum like Lommers. Would the final villain really be humanized in this manner?

All of this upscales Sakazuki for sure.

I think Imu would lose at Elbaf for reason.

1. Starwhats never lose to villains on islands they are task to save it or save their friends. It is not pre timeskip anymore. We already have eggland arc .

2. Loki hype- his devil fruit is from first world which Imu is from second world.

3. We are seeing more celestial dragons like Gorosei, and Imu showcase of powers unlike admirals, Mihawk, Doflimingo, Yonko commanders at Marineford

3. Imu on time limit is bad omen for Imu unironic. What time limit we will find out

4. Luffy need to win as public declare to world Luffy as Nika stuff. Elbaf is also Nika wank from Eggland reference.

I can be wrong but.here is my reason

Yep. The arc feels more like to directly setup Luffy vs the WG. It's like a teaser.

Yes, he's the FV. You guys need to get over this. Using an arc to showcase the FV is infinitely better than getting loredumped right at the end and is the right way to do it.

Its between imu , BB and earth god.

Oda has yet to touch anything from first world. Ancient weapons , imu , davy jones , davy family, etc are all from second world.

So earth god may very well be true villain unless they are related to imu/BB.

Doffy had compassion for hit minions yet he was extremely evil.

Do recall that Imu killed off Saturn for failing him.

Also the ''compassion'' he might have for them can be mixed with the fact that he needs them alive because if they get killed then he suffers a toll.

I dont really think Imu being the main antagonist in this arc plays against him, its his intro and establishment as a threat to the SHs and gives them a reason to go after the WG down the line.

Nope sorry, Imu being the villain of Elbaph and then being rehashed at EOS would be boring and stupid. There is a zero percent chance Oda will do this. It would be a complete disappointment if we already saw the final villain of this manga in action now. That would be like if Naruto fought and defeated Pein and then Pein returned as the final villain.

Oda is a fraud but he does understand how to escalate the stakes of his main conflict. Whoever the final villain of this manga is, it isn’t going to be a rehash of some arc villain.

The final villain of this manga is either Blackbeard, some kind of buffed Saint Shanks, the Blood Soaked Serpent, the Sea Devil, etc. it isn’t the villain of Elbaph done for a second time.

Pain was never set up to be a final antagonist? Like at all.

A whole lot of headcanon and excuses because you cant believe this is a showcase for the FV lol. His Gorosei, all his Knights of God, and any other sub faction isnt here on Elbaph.

You think Oda waited 300 fuckin chapters to reveal Imu finally only to remove his villain status by the end of Elbaph, an arc that would be lucky to even have 30 more chapters?

Lmao, where is your logic bro
