I think we'll get his full design before the anime reveals the first scene he speaks and since all Gorosei got their powers revealed it would be fitting imo.

Nah I think the Gorosei destroy the robot up until the message goes off then the contents of the message probably triggers Imu so hard he comes personally and just nukes the island.

Agreed oda was very aggressive with elders introduction but Imu introduction will have a lot of stakes , we all knew elders were under Imu and one of the final boss. Oda can't fuck that up

I think the gorosei and imu are probably linked asf. Same person split 6 ways so they can govern the land more accordingly, a family of nobels, the patriarchs of the first 5 kingdoms to join WG. I think whatever gets revealed about the gorosei this arc or next will have massive implications for imu fight.

Part of me wonders if oda will go the seraphim route with this.
