I'd imagine the breaks will get worse in the coming years due to his aging.

And i'd also expect multiple 1 month breaks every year from now on too, related to Live action and other stuff.

We have Elbaf arc happening, a Davy Beck fight against Cross Guild at some point, War against World Government, and final battle over the One Piece. So 2 big arcs (Elbaf and World War) and 2 smaller arcs (One Piece and Cross Guild) to go at minimum.

I could see One Piece go for another 8+ years considering how many breaks Oda takes.

I had always believed it would end in 2027, on the 30th year anniversary of the manga, but at this point, it's hard to say given the amount of breaks Oda's been taking in recent months.

I think there's a litte under 200 chapters left. Provided we get around 30 chapters per year nowadays due to all the breaks, I think we have 6 or 7 years left.

So at least 240 chapters.
The fun in the forums will end far before that , by the time luffy becomes pirate king every major character will be a top tier so the vs threads will get boring

Excluding Egghead and the epilogue there's three major arcs left: Elbaf, Raftel and Mariejois/ War arc. Each of them will likely be around two years in length if we use Egghead as a measuring stick, so probably 6/7 years.

War arc will be at least 100 chapters long I think
