You could make a good case for any of them tbh.

On a long run, it's Luffy cuz he beats the biggest villain of the arc.

When it comes to short crucial moment, Sanji saves Momo from King which could have ended in the alliance's defeat if he dies.

Marco stalls Big Mom, King and Queen for a good amount of time which prevents further casualties.

Tama's DF turns the tie for the ground troops to fight back.

Yamato stalling Kaido on the roof.

Etc.

There are 2 maybe 3 mvps, Tama, Toki, or Denjiro.

Without Tama they would have to fight BM much quicker and that would also mean no freeing Luffy since the entire udon was spent with Tama, chopper and Nami leading big mom to udon, which officially caused udon to be evacuated, and without Tama that would still have the entire gifters in the way 9f everyone instead of on the side of Tama+everyone else which definetly wouldn’t be good since Tama was needed for that+thousands of other things and was also the MAIN REASON why Luffy even wanted to kill kaido.

Toki was the MVP cause well, she sent the scabbards into the future, which caused momo to be saved (he should’ve died) and sent Kinemon+the scabbards who were there into the future, which caused the whole alliance to start being built.

And then denjiro, who was an inside man the entire time, protected hiyori, and was Orochi’s assistant which made him know when everything was going to happen

It’s obviously Luffy but Marco’s pretty high up there ngl

If Marco didn’t knock the BMP ship down there’s no one left on the island that could possibly deal with Smoothie along with multiple BMP executives

They’d get swept

Zoro’s obviously pretty high on the list too just off blocking Hakai

that clown literally had 3/5 rooftop supernova in chains. But he fucked it all up by holding a battle royale.

Not to mention, him actually having a cure to ice oni and giving it to Apoo. Imagine if he just had some water in that vial. The alliance woulda fought to get it from apoo, and found that it was not the cure after all. Chopper wouldn't have been able to replicate it and cure the samurai fodder.

General is probably Luffy .
but after luffy fall and zoros bones broken, i would say sanji. He becomes motive for straw hats and raid to keep fighting. He carried zoro and gave chopper. He made lots of work in absence luffy. Or could be yamato. He stalled kaido for a lonng time . I guess kaido would kill all otherwise :)
